Target is at it again…

Monday, October 3, 2011

It’s official. Jason Wu is set to design a collection for Target.

Wu’s collection will adhere to his sophisticated, feminine aesthetic and be available for the budget-conscious (following the success of other Target collabo’s such as Missoni, Erin Fetherston, Rodarte, Jean Paul Gaultier, William Rast, etc. etc.).  As per usual, Target’s prices cannot be beat. Apparel will range from $19.99 to $59.99 and  handbags and scarves will be $19.99 to $49.99.

Trish Adams, Senior Vice President for Target’s apparel and accessories says, “His talent for creating modern, yet feminine designs translated beautifully into an affordable collection that our guests will covet the moment it’s available.”

Agreed. And we’d bet on another site crash.

Jason Wu for Target will be available February 5 through March 6 at most Target stores and Target.com.
