Nicole Miller‘s street-smart fashion show attracted a passel of uptown girls, and gave off downtown energy.  Nicole herself answered AVENUE’s four pressing NYFW Fall/Winter 2017 questions.

What are runway shows good for nowadays?


It’s a social event. It’s good to get together with your friends and I love seeing what people are wearing.


How would you improve fashion week?


I love the Clarkson space but there are waaay too many shows,.


What does fashion say about America right now?


We’re in it to win it.
