The theme of the evening at the American Museum of Natural History Museum junior benefit was Masquerade Retrograde; a “roaring twenties” inspired masked dance. Therefore, appropriately, New York’s most influential young philanthropists congregated at the museum in their best flapper gear and sparkly masks for a night of cocktails, dinner and an after party featuring a silent auction and music by JUS SKE, in an effort to support and raise funds for the Museum’s scientific and educational programs.

The event was sponsored by Valentino and chaired by Kristen Edgreen and Michael Kaufman; Elizabeth and Jonathan A. Kurpis; Alexandra and Gregory Kwiat; Nina and Mike Patterson; and Elizabeth and Michael Reiss.

Attendees included Nicky Hilton, James Rothschild, Lauren Remington Platt, Julie Henderson, Atlanta de Cadenet, Olivia Palermo, Gherardo Guarducci, Ashley Avignone, Harley Viera Newton, Johannes Huebel, Emilie Grimaldi, Eugenia Miranda, Eric Richman, Dalia Oberlander, Matteo Ferrero, Meredith and Conley Rollins, Rebecca and Jesse Angelo, Jill and Harry Kargman, Ari Ackerman, Martin Ambrose, Natasha Avanessians, Cody Baird, Kevin Michael Barba, Elizabeth Berman, Zoe Tananbaum Bernstein and Jon Bernstein, Annika Connor, Colleen and Kipp deVeer, Michael Espiritu, Erin and Peter Friedland, Anne Huntington, Dana Wallach Jones and Michael Jones, Lauren Junge, Abby and Anton Levy, Justin Mahy, Zibby and Andrew Right, Alexandra Steel Scott and James Scott, Phyllis Lally Seevers and Leonard Seevers, Arthur G. Sulzberger and Naomi Waletzky.
