The Setai (already famous in South Beach) unveiled their Fifth Avenue Hotel and Residences with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and then a party for 600 guests to cut the rug, swill champagne and celebrate the beautiful new building.

The bash was hosted by Bizzi & partners Development and the building was designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates and will feature Michael White‘s new eatery Al Fiori, a luxury spa and Julien Farel hair salon. Of the 600 guests, we spotted: Carlos Souza, Annelise Peterson, Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia, Serena Merriman, Nina Freudenberger, Michael and Eleonora Kennedy, Gillian Miniter, Pamela Fiori, Adrienne Vittadini and Massimo Ferragamo to name a few. Welcome to Manhattan, Setai, and cheers!
