The Maurizio Cattelan after-party at The Boom Boom Room

Friday, November 4, 2011

Last night, DISARONNO toasted the much anticipated Guggenheim museum exhibit of the great Maurizio Cattelan’s work with an after party at the Boom Boom Room.

Inside the glistening art-deco interior, guests like Mary-Kate Olsen, Cecilia Alemani, Scott Rothkoph, Valentina Castellan, and Laura Kaplan sipped DISARONNO Bellucci and Skinny Sours.

Members of band MGMT were on deck to DJ, and as one would expect, the boys spun plenty of upbeat dance music. Spirits were high and the mood was light as guests mingled and noshed on hor d’oeuvres.

At the end of the night, party-goers were presented with gift bags labeled “Toilet Paper,” appropriately containing a copy of Abitare magazine showcasing Maurizio Cattelan. What a fitting night of fun feting the ever-whimsical Cattelan.
