Imagine spring in the Mediterranean; the warm breezes, the sea air, the delicious food and drink. You can now have that in New York by dining at the new Adalya restaurant in Gramercy Park. The Mediterranean-inspired eatery is the perfect date night spot for these warmer months, with its exposed floor to ceiling wine cellars and brick walls, and its discreet outdoor patio tucked away from the New York madness. The menu, crafted by Chef Derek Miles, features a selection of healthy but delicious Mediterranean fare, like octopus with black garbanzos, English peas and manzanilla reduction or duck breast with couscous, leeks and golden raisins. The menu also includes a drink list with the best wine and tasty springtime cocktails, like the Adalya Nectar cocktail with vodka, aperol, grapefruit and mint. This spring, love is in the air, so enjoy the romance of the Mediterranean without the hassle (and expense) of actually getting there.
