The New RH: Restoring Faith in Retail and Parties

Thursday, September 6, 2018

On September 5, over 1,500 guests declared that “The Death of Retail is Overrated” at the unveiling of RH New York in the Meatpacking District. Held on the first night of Fashion Week, the event drew celebrities and socialites to New York’s ultimate house party.

Set to the tunes of DJ Nora En Pure, guests enjoyed unique experiences throughout the gallery’s six floors, including fresh bellinis by Cipriani, a caviar bar and vodka cocktails, a Ma(i)sonry Napa Valley wine bar, rosé on the rooftop and gourmet bites by celebrated restaurateur Brendan Sodikoff. The event benefitted Friends of the High Line and Free Arts NYC.

Located at the Gallery in the Historic Meatpacking District, RH New York features a rooftop restaurant, wine terrace and barista bar by Brendan Sodikoff, with iconic views of downtown Manhattan and the dramatic six-story art installation New York Night by renowned designer Alison Berger.
