The Sweet Smell of New York

Monday, July 25, 2011

We love New York. Even more today, than we did yesterday. And apparently so does Bond No. 9, as it is introducing the world’s first state-sanctioned eau de parfum collection–I love New York by Bond No. 9–this September.

The announcement comes at a time when most New Yorkers are filled with pride–as the Empire State has paved a way for change by legalizing gay marriage (hooray for those who were married yesterday!).

To celebrate the milestone occasion for marriage equality, Bond No. 9 is giving away a free bottle of the androgynous scent (along with congratulations and well wishes, of course) to the first 100 gay or lesbian couples who bring their New York State marriage certificate into 9 Bond Street on September 12th.

The only fragrance collection sanctioned by the State of New York, it bears the official, iconic I Love NY logo.  A perfect sentiment as it dons a vibrant red heart. We anticipate the flagship store to be filled with tons of love for SOS’s and NYC.
