Chefs Collaborate at Eataly

 

Take a trip to Italy… and enjoy a collaboration with Chef Fortunato Nicotra of Felidia Restaurant at Eataly’s Manzo. As the guest chef at Italy this month, Chef Nicotra has added a Tutto Tonno: Semicarpaccio, Tartate, Preserved, Tonnato Sauce, Norwich Meadows Farm cucumber and eggplant “caviar” to the menu. Available all month, a portion of the proceeds from the dish will be donated to GrowNYC

Pianofest in Southampton

 

Mingle with Hamptons society over cocktails and light fare after enjoying the musical stylings of some of the most talented pianist’s in the world. Director Paul Schenly will provide the commentary for the evening.

Chefs in the City

 

Some of the best chefs and restaurants in New York will gather in Madison Square Park for the evening to offer up world-class food, artisanal cocktails, craft beers, and regional wines. Funds raised from the outdoor event will support Madison Square Park’s horticulture, maintenance, and free public programs.

Don’t Deny Your Taste Buds

 

The first two nights of the City Harvest Dinner Series at Cadillac House in Soho are already sold out, but you can still score tickets for Wednesday. Enjoy a multi-course dinner prepared by none other than Aquavit’s Emma Bengtsson. Bengtsson earned Aquavit a second Michelin Star as Executive Chef of Aquavit, making her the second female chef in the U.S. to run a two-star restaurant.

Crack open a lager on Liberty Plaza. At Good Beer’s outdoor event, New Yorkers can sample craft beer and tasty treats from far and wide. Participating food and beer companies will include 1911 Hard Ciders, Belhaven Black Scottish Stout, Blue Point Brewing Company, and dozens more.
