The School of American Ballet 2018 Winter Ball

Celebrate the School of American Ballet at the annual winter ball. The evening will feature a one-time-only performance of a new work by students of the School of American Ballet. For the second consecutive year, the piece will be choreographed by SAM alumnus and current New York City Ballet dancer Alec Knight.

Mozart’s comedy of the sexes returns to Lincoln Center. Manipulating the action are the Don Alfonso of Christopher Maltman and the Despina of Tony Award–winner Kelli O’Hara, with Amanda Majeski, Serena Malfi, Ben Bliss, and Adam Plachetka as the pairs of young lovers who test each other’s faithfulness. David Robertson conducts.
