Valentine’s Day Cocktail Recipes

Valentine’s Day is still a few weeks away, but surprise planning for your special someone has probably already begun for most. No matter where the adventures of the lovely holiday take you, there certainly will be some cocktails involved. We’ve put together a list of seductive, flirty, and all romantically pink and red-hued cocktail recipes to amaze your sweetheart. From a raspberry fuzzy champagne drink to celebrate with your girlfriends to a hibiscus stained tequila love potion for a night to remember, there are all kinds of ways to toast love this year.

1. Raspberry Chocolate Kiss

Chocolate Rum

Fresh crème


Rose cava

Stir in chocolate rum and fresh crème. Top it off with rose cava and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve in a champagne flute.

2. El Pepino Fresco

2pc Cucumber

1oz Fresh Lime

½ Simple Syrup

½ St Germain

2oz Tequila

In a shaker, add all the ingredients, shake well, and strain over the rocks. Top off with Peychaud’s bitters and garnish with 2 slices of cucumber.

3. Charm School Dropout

Muddled strawberry

2oz Mezcal

¾ oz Lime

¾ oz Agave

In a mixing glass, thoroughly muddle some fresh strawberries. Squeeze in the lime juice, then add Mezcal, and pour in Agave. Stir all the ingredients and serve with a lime wedge and a strawberry gummy.

4. All Night Affair

1 ½ oz Vodka

½ oz Pear Nectar

½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Dash of Simple Syrup

1 oz Topped with Prosecco

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake well. Serve over ice in a salt-rimmed glass with a lemon twist.

*Simple syrup is an equal measure of sugar and water, heated until the sugar melts completely then allowed to cool.

5. Berry Smash

2 oz Reyka

2-3 blackberries

2-3 basil leaves

¾ oz simple syrup

¾ oz lime juice

Place the blackberries and basil into a cocktail shaker; mash them with a muddler or a wooden spoon. Cover the shaker and give it a few shakes to release the juices of the berries. Add the lime juice, dark simple syrup, vodka, and some crushed ice. Shake and double strain into a coup glass. Garnish with a blackberry skewer and a basil leaf.

*Dark simple syrup is an equal measure of brown sugar and water, heated until the sugar melts completely then allowed to cool.

6. Americano Luminoso

1 ½ oz Aperol

¾ Oz Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Orange bitters

Mix Aperol, Sweet Vermouth, and 2 dashes of Orange bitters in a cocktail shaker and pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top it off with club soda and garnish with a chilled orange peel.

7. Blushing Date


2 oz TY KU Coconut Sake

Muddled Strawberries

Muddle some fresh strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Stir in TY KU Coconut Sake and stir lightly. Pour over ice rocks in a stemless wine glass. Use a sliced strawberry for garnish.
