What’s Haute for Halloween?

Halloween is all about letting your secret sluts and hidden demons run wild (“sexy school teacher” – please, spare me!). Harder than choosing a costume, is picking which parties to go to. I need 3 costumes and I don’t like to shop for clothes at Ricky’s. Yikes! The chicest Halloween parties this year are of course private affairs, so I can’t give you any RSVP numbers or addresses, but here is a list of the top 4:

1. Allison Sarofim and Stuart Parr’s private bash is star-studded and always has a theme. This year it’s Calder’s Circus. Which socialite will have the best costume? Good luck snagging that crown – one year Allison wore a live snake wrapped around her neck.

2. Andre Balazs, Andre Saraiva, Olivier Zahm, Thomas Hayo and Humberto Leon want their chosen few to “choose your fate” at their “Heaven + Hell” party. Expect naughty girls and rowdy boys once the clock strikes 12.

3. Lanvin is throwing a “Halloween Extravaganza” at their Madison Avenue boutique with surprise guests (yes, Alber will be there), drag queens and “The Lanvin Dolls.” The invite reads: “DRESS: FUN! FUN! FUN!” Sounds fun to me.

4. The young’un Newhouses are having “A Bloody Good Time” party at their apartment. Ouch! Bring Band-Aids.

Boo!
