The Winter Antiques Show held its annual kickoff party last Wednesday at the new Macklowe Gallery. Proceeds from the fair benefit the East Side House Settlement, a community organization in the South Bronx.


The Winter Antiques Show runs from January 19 to 28. It features works from ancient times to the present, each of which is appraised by a committee of 150 experts. The show also features 70 experts in decorative arts from around the world. Guests at last Wednesday’s kickoff party included Leslie and Emily Keno, Patrick Mele, Lucinda Ballard, Juan Montoya, Martha Glass, Arie and Coco Kopelman, Thomas Jayne, Kyle Marshall, Karen Kemp Glover, Courtney Booth Christensen, Anthony Baratta, Laurel Acevedo, Georgette Farkas, Lucinda May, Lansing Moore, Peter Fetterman and Genevieve Wheeler Brown.
