Who doesn’t enjoy a nice, refreshing cocktail on Labor Day? A three-day weekend should be celebrated with a nice drink, and bars have worked very hard on their Labor Day cocktail menus. So, while you’ve got the grilled fired up or the caterers coming to keep your guests well fed at your Hamptons party, here are a few drinks for you to keep your celebrations lively.

  1. The “Sailor’s Delight”

Kentucky Bourbon with a muddle of fresh strawberry & mint leaves, blood orange & lemon juices, club soda, shaken, served over ice.

  1. Call Me Monica

3/4 oz. Contratto Aperitif, 1/2 oz. House Fennel Syrup, pour over ice, top with prosecco, jounce lightly, serve with a lemon twist.

  1. The “Sapphire Sunset”

Bombay Sapphire Gin topped up with sparkling aranciata rossa & a squeeze of fresh lime, over ice.

Rosé wine, peach schnapps, spiced rum, diced up mangos, apples, lemons, limes, oranges, strawberries and oranges.

A mojito with Bacardi White Rum over a muddle of fresh mint, ripe strawberries, limes & sugar, splash club soda, over ice.

Jalapeno infused Don Julio tequila, watermelon puree, fresh lime, rocks

  1. Golden Blonde

Grey Goose Vodka, St. Germaine, splash pineapple juice, splash simple syrup, splash sour mix. Shake and strain into a martini glass and top with prosecco.

Grey Goose le melon vodka, fresh squeezed lemonade, fresh berries, rocks

  1. Blood Orange Margarita

Milagro Silver Tequila, Solerno Blood Orange Liquor, fresh lime juice, splash of sour mix topped with San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda. Garnished with an orange slice.

Crop Cucumber Vodka over a muddle of fresh mint, limes & sugar; topped with club soda, served in a tall glass over ice.
